Carluke runs through the Summer, but reduced hours

Monday & Thursday

6pm   rainbow & white - yellow belt children

7pm   green belt and above children

8pm   All adults

*Tuesday patterns class will be off until schools return*

*Friday sparring class will be on depending on attendance*

Seafield   Last class Saturday 21st July return August 11th

Livingston   Last class Wednesday 18th July return 8th August 

Perth   Last class Tuesday 17th July return 14th August
